Healthy 7 Day Meal Plan

I know for me personally, I love reading and exploring other people’s meal plans. Eating healthy can feel pretty boring at times, and I like to see how others switch up their daily meals to keep things interesting. Eating clean doesn’t mean you have to have chicken breast and vegetables for every meal. There are many recipes, videos, and meal plans online to inspire some creativity in your meals. Here is a 7 day meal plan consisting of breakfasts, lunch, and dinners to switch things up a little. Recipes included!

Sunday

Breakfast
Quinoa fruit salad

Lunch
– 2 cups mixed greens
– 2/3 cup chickpeas
– 1 tbsp nuts of choice
– 1/2 cup of veggies

Dinner
-4oz turkey patty
– 1 serving of green beans
-1 apple

Monday

Breakfast
– 2 eggs
– 1 serving of spinach
– 1 banana

Lunch
Southwestern bowl

Dinner
– 4 oz salmon
– 1 serving of steamed broccoli
– 1 baked potato

Tuesday

Breakfast
– 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 1/2 cashews

Lunch
– 4 oz chicken breast
– 1 serving of green beans
– half a personal watermelon

Dinner
Pan-fried tilapia

Wednesday

Breakfast
Tomato toast with macadamia ricotta

Lunch
– half an avocado
– 2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted
– 2 tomato slices
– 1 egg

Dinner
– half a cucumber, diced
– half a tomato, diced
– 1/2 cup chickpeas

Thursday

Breakfast
– 2 tablespoons nut butter
– 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
– banana, sliced

Lunch
Lemon-herb rice salad

Dinner
– 4 oz pork chop
– 1 serving green beans
– 2 cuties

Friday

Breakfast
– 1/2 cup rolled oats cooked in 1 cup of milk
– 1 apple

Lunch
– 1 block tofu, diced
– 1 tomato, diced
– 1 serving of spinach
– 1 slice of whole wheat bread, toasted

Dinner
Taco salad with ground turkey

Saturday

Breakfast
Breakfast burrito

Lunch
Greek kale salad with quinoa and chicken

Dinner
Spicy grilled shrimp with pineapple sauce

It’s always fun to try out new recipes and experiment with new foods! Next time you’re bored with your food, try out one of these fun, easy recipes! Even if you don’t have time to cook, just simply adding some new fruits and vegetables to your meals can bring some excitement to your tastebuds.
