Gratitude Affirmations: Add A Little Positivity To Your Life

Despite all of life’s highs and lows, I’m a strong believer that it’s important to remain humble and to remain grateful. We’re fortunate to be alive and to have the chance to brighten our futures. Sometimes when life throws some curveballs at us, it can be easy to forget this. I like to write down affirmations and keep them nearby, that way I always have reminders that I have a lot to be grateful for. Below is a list of 20 affirmations to radiate gratitude. Next time you’re feeling unlucky or hopeless, pick one, or maybe a few, of these affirmations and carry it with you throughout your day. Through affirmations, we can shift our negative thought process to become more positive. Instead of focusing on the downers in life, appreciate the little things you have to be grateful for.

You can pick an affirmation each morning, or whenever you want to shift towards more positive energy. What’s important is to remain grateful, during both the good times and the bad. We have a lot to be thankful for.
